heating cable in atb enclosures

the flexiwatt matt i have under the enclosure only gets the ambient air temp. in the low 80's i have pvc perches in the enclosure and i'd like to put heat cable through the topmost perch, and hook the heat cable up to a thermostat. i'm not sure where to find heating cables though. i tried home depot, and they didn't have them does anyone have any suggestions?
