download your picture in the photo gallery, then post a message & at the bottom it has:

when you click on the arrow it will let you pick from all the photos that you downloaded.
I will warn you some digital pics are too big to download, if they are just open them in paintbrush & delete all of the pic that you don't want background, etc.
