New baby leopard tortoise. Need list of what they eat pls

I got a baby leopard tortoise and he seems very healthy. Hes been eating lettuce and small peices of carrots and he had chard but didnt eat it and he did eat some succulent i know of as "christmas cactus". I would greatly appreciate a list of the best foods to feed him or a care sheet for them or a website with that info. I would be very happy to know when and what i should be feeding him and im sure he would be happy to get more variety too. Thx
