If the scutes are mis-shaped like yours then I would call that a deformity. It's not a horrible one, nor does it prevent the animal from growing up into a beautiful animal and/or breeder. As for the pattern, I don't think there is such a thing as a pattern deformity. Some stars will just have a different pattern but not deformed. Just comes down to personal preference on what you think looks better. Hope this helps.
