The animal in question has several irregular scutes that in my humble opinion would greatly decrease the value of the tortoise.
If it were indeed a variation in pattern only it would probably increase the value somewhat as many breeders (myself included) are always on the lookout for animals that are somewhat different in appearance (I am still holding out hope of hatching an albino LOL).
The deformities in your animal were more than likely caused by poor incubation techniques and in all likelyhood is not genetic.

:I think this is a better picture to tell, yea pretty much some of the plates have grown in a triangular rather than hexagonal fashion.
