bah!

just buy some "top soil". It'll be the CHEAP stuff. It's sold just for using in the yard and such and they don't bother with putting chemicals or crud into it. I buy it at wal-mart for cheap, well under a buck a bag at 40lb. bags. Or if you are doing a large area, call around to find a place that will give you a pickup truck load of top soil.
