If you haven't seen the info on this link it might be interesting.
I was surprised by the low fibre possible culprit as well as the
mentin of plant protein (clover? what other plants are high
in protein relatively? I think the alfalfa hay discussion is
also interesting. I don't think there's a single answer for
this, just interesting to compare thoughts.
