:My Mazuri tort diet came in today! Wish me luck! I'll keep everyone updated on scooters growth etc.... Hope he likes it.. has anyones tort not liked Mazuri?

I initially soaked it, then chopped up whatever greens happened to be on the menu for the day and mixed it all together very well, at a ratio of 1 part Mazuri to 2 parts greens: they ate it. I gradually reduced the amount of greens to about 2 Mazuri to 1 greens. This is what I feed my stars. My greeks and burms eat straight Mazuri (moistened). I give it to them 3-4 times a week. I really have noticed a real improvement in their growth (with no pyramiding) and their poops (much firmer and better formed). I admit it: I am a Mazuri advocate!
