I have a leopard that size, and a baby russian that's a little over 3".
In all the time I've had them I've yet to come home and find them trapped on their backs. Anytime I've seen them flip themselves, they've always been able to get back over.
If they couldn't upright themselves, they'd fail as a species.
But, to be safe, make sure they have a firm surface in their enclosure that would allow them to get a grip (often with their beaks or claws) to turn themselves back up. A slick glass floor, for example, would make this difficult.
Examine their enclosure for traps - areas that would lead to them getting flipped and caught under a heat lamp would be something to look for.
Good luck.
