i want to get a tortoise

ok , i am looking into getting a toroise . I have alot of experience in reptiles , after my grandfather owning a pet store and having reptiles for about 10 years now . Ive had a sulcata but had to get rid of it because we had moved , but now i want anotherone . Im not sure if i want another sulcata becuase now i live in rhode islan and they cant get enough warm weather here. I have a big gray horse feeding thing , many pet stores use them for alligator tubs or w/e .I have all the lights and equipment that i need . I want a tortoise that has alot of personality , i kno my sulcata did . And i want one that if sumwhat easy to atke acre of ..oohh yea looks count too . THanks alot and please respond
