Yellow footed eats a BUNCH!!!

I have a female South American Yellow Footed Tortoise that is approximately 3 years old. This is my first tortoise and don't know what the norms are for these neat creatures. But she sure seems to consume a ton of greens and fruits a day...........I feed her a heaping plate full a day and sometimes even more. Is this normal?? She is about 12 inches long or little more..........does anyone know an approximate weight for them at this point of their growth? Please help with any and all info anyone might have. I read a lot about them but can't seem to find these answers. Thanks guys!!
