You have to understand that there is no scientific evidence to support the theory that plant protiens are harmful to a tortoise. It's all hearsay, with not one shred of evidence to back it up.


:Thats what I oringinally thought... but others told me to get it and use it daily... i'm confused....

:Well although others are intiltled to their own opinions, I myself and Organlizardlady feel that it has two much protein for the tortoise. If I were in your position I would buy Good hays, and good tortoise grazing mix instead of the mazuri. It can be used in moderation though. I am not discrediting Niki though. She has kept her sulcata very healthy. But I would rather use more natural foods.
