Reptibark isn't the best medium for a redfoot. Essentially, redfoots need moisture so something that retains and keeps the humidity up is best. Many folks use Cypress or Redwood mulch on top of bed-a-beast (for smaller torts) or spaghum soil (for larger torts).
Reptibark tends to stay rather dry and these creatures are from moist rainforest. They like it wetter.
