Trust me, the plan was never to go to court. I do ont remember what illness the vet told me he had, but he was like bleeding underneath the toplayer of his plastron. I guess I just cant undersatnd why he suddendly died. I have seen very sick tortoises, and he was doing so much better. Even though he was sick, it was really unexpected.
