kinda weird question

i know this is a weird question but me being a first timer and all to tegus i was wondering if anyone in this forum breeds their tegus and if they have or are expecting babies if i could maybe buy one because ive been told that dealers like to give u diff types then what u wanted and some are sick or overly aggressive.
