tegu distribution question

I have been trying to ascertain the aproximate ranges of tegu species. Argentina and Paraguay are quite well documented, but throughout brazil I have been so far unable to find any reliable information. Does anyone have good information on this? I am primarily looking at T.teguixin, T. merianae and T. rufescens.
