6' by 3' by 2' is about the mimimum size to house a adult B&W or red. Don't rule out Blue tegus they generaly have a good disposition too, and they are smaller (3 1/2 feet). If you do go B&W I got a comparison pic for two breeders. In the picture; The one on top is from http://www.agamainternational.com/ the one on bottom is from http://bluetegu.com/ mine are both tame
