If your going to keep him in a closet you'll need to put some kind of hide box with moist mulch in it to keep enough humidity. Heating it shouldn't be too much of a problem just use a light with a hood and put tiles under it. Use a digital thermometer from radio shack with a probe ($15), put the probe under the light on the tiles and get it up to 120 or more. The rest of the closet just has to be 75 to 80 or so. There may be some issues such as if he gets caught in the track when you open the door if it's the sliding kind, and some babies are skittish so he might bolt for the hide box as soon as you open the door. When they can see you from a distance they can get used to you without getting so close at first. Just some things you might want to think about.
