Lampropeltis confusion

I would like to elicit some help as I am having difficulty deciphering some subspecies of getula. Is the Florida Kingsnake, also known as the “brooks”, Lampropeltis g. floridana or brooksi? If these are distinct subspecies, what is the difference?
