I have your book Australian Reptiles & Frogs. I realize that it is was published in 1989 and is probably not considered the most current work on Australian herps at this point in time, but I was curious about a couple of the groupings in the book. First, do you still place the Pink-tongue Skink (gerrardii) in the genus Tiliqua, or do you now go with Hemisphaeriodon? I am also curious about your thoughts in regard to which genus the She-Oak Skinks belong in. You had also previously placed them in Tiliqua. I was wondering if you still felt that they belong there, or if you now consider them to be Cyclodomorphus? I was also curious if you still consider the Northern Blue-tongued Skink (intermedia) to be its own separate species or do you now consider it to be a subspecies of (Tiliqua scincoides)? I know there are many different opinions, and I was curious as to what your current thoughts were? Thank you for your time.
