OK, here is the first.
This one appears to be Ficimia streckeri, Mexican Hook-nosed Snake. I had to remove about four ants from it, and at first it was quite lethargic. I was wondering if it was suffering from the ant venom. It quickly recovered and slithered off readily when I let it go.
