I can not comment on the taxonomy per se (WW should be able to do that admireably though). However, I can comment upon relationships in venom (which of course is an indication of the relatedness).
The E. radiata, P. carinatus and Boiga duvernoy's secretions are so close its scary. The difference between them is no more than you'd expect between related species in the same genus or very closely related genera. In contrast, the Ahaetulla is dramatically different (I was betting that Ahaetulla and Boiga would be different). Enyhris and Cerberus are, not surprisingly, very similar to each other.
Thus, any new familial deliniations must take this into account. Based on secretion content, the Boigas cannot be placed into a separate family than the Asian Elaphe or Ptyas.
