I am conducting a field study on May 14th in
the Haines Canyon area of the San Gabriels.We
will hopefully be accompanied by Ian Swift, a field
biologist working out of the Placerita Canyon
Nature Center. I have the cooperation also with
a website called "The Natural History of the San
Gabriel Mtns" who have offered to publish a few
pages of my findings on their website. If you get
