Norway's reptile laws are a mess! It was pretty easy to get a importation certificate for turtles. But they had to be exported when I left the country. I'm not sure about snakes though. You can contact Karin Irgens at 011 47 22 24 94 36. She is the veterinary inspector for the Statens Dyrehelsettilsyn Sentraladministrasjonen who will be issuing the importation certificate.
