And I guess before this gets into a pushing match, I should say I personally never had any problems with the Petco that cornqueen is referring to, 3 yrs ago when I got my first snake, one man there was exteremely helpful. Still, I can never see myself returnign to that store as well. Its amazing how important cust. service is.
