Saying:
Had a bite bad enough to cause "profuse" bleeding when made to hold an animal because the employee was not competent enough to do the job herself.
Saying that the manager was rude, inconsiderate, and down right nasty when called...wouldn't even apologize....
I would also check around the store, most likely, with people like that running it the rodents have mites and the other animals are lacking in care.
