I have been keeping cobras for almost 8 years now and have apparently gotten much too comfortable around my 7 foot king. I even got to the point of simply laying the rats in his cage with my hand. However, one day when i was changing his water something must have really gotten him mad that morning cuz he lashed out and tagged me right on my forearm. To make a long story short, 20,000 dollars and 10 vials of antivenom later, I am back to business and being a lot more careful!!
