Unfortunately you aren't helping by doing everything yourself. You are going to have to explain to the woman that you will teach her to care for the animals properly but that you can not be the only caregiver of the animals. Tell her to hire someone and you will help train them on the days you can possibly take the time to come down. Also if she simply won't listen you can leave and then call the local humane society, unfortunately they usually don't give two squats about herps anyway. Your best bet is teaching this woman to care for the animals, try not to get upset as I think you are probably dealing with a very manipulative person. If you continue as you are you are only showing the pet store that they can get away with their negligence to the animals. Unfortunately it is the animals that suffer the most. Good Luck.
