:Hey all herpers,
:This forum is a tad dry you have to admit... so here I go with a little story.

:Ok...........so, Now don't get me wrong I really love frogs, but I found this interesting.(I own four frogs, hence my name birdznfrogs)

:I was invited over to a friends cottage up in Northern Ontario,Canada(I live in Canada), and at his cottage he had tons of frogs, snakes(rattlers)(There Canada's only venomous snake, sad isn't it?), sallamanders ect. Well, I loved catching the frogs at his cottage, and I was amused for hours.

:Well, I was curious... a ribbon snake was slthering along his cottages back lawn! And I quickly went to take a leopard frog, from the lake behind the lake(A few feet away). Well, I put the frog in front of the snake... a few seconds passed, and boom. The frog starts hopping like mad, the little ribbon right on his tail. It was about ten seconds the frog jumped one last time, and whack... the ribbon got the frog. It puffed up, but the snake kept on gobbling down(The frog kept on trying to get out of its reach) and eventually the frogs eyes rolled back, the snake had one.

:To say the least it was interesting! And my friends parents weren't very happy cause thats all I wanted to talk about at the dinner table.

:Sorry if I've offended any people.
:Oh ya, I've also fed a frog to a big snapper. But thats another story.

:I know this is nothing to some, probably a little hurtful to others(And I'm sorry), so ya do you have a story like that?

:Steven
