Try to feed snails,crayfish,frogs, and pinkie mice too. That will give it more variety.

:I have been feeding my FSST a mix of pellets and feeder minnows and goldfish, since this is my first softshell turtle I wanted to know if this is a good diet for her?

:PS: Any good books or websites on the care of florida softshelled turtles would be greatly apprecated.
