: The turtle has a very dark greenish or blackish shell. The shell's pattern is not very noticeable, but the designs are squares, diamonds in the middle, with black squiggly lines. The shell is very oblong shaped. He is approx. 4 inches long. His neck is long. His face is very pointed with a long tubular nose with noticeable nostrils. He has two little spikes on his chin. He has two pale yellow stripes on each side of his head. His eyes are black. His underside is yellow with pale pink lines. The underside of his legs are grey with bumps. The underside of his tail is grey with bumps and bumps on the top of the tail as well. He keeps his mouth opened very, very wide whenever anyone gets near him and you can clearly see down into his throat. His tongue is very pink. He pulls his head and legs almost completely inside of his shell, but he can't go all the way inside of the shell. He runs very, very fast. He swims a lot. He's eats very good - turtle food/pellets
