blind baby ss won't eat

I first tried ZooMed's Hatchling Aquatic food by just dropping some in for it. Then I tried Pretty Pets adult formula (soaked) cuz the pellets are bigger for it to smell and eat off of. I soaked a Tetra Jumbo Shrimp to soften it, nothing...I've (tried) to hand feed it, and syringe feed it-nothing. I thought I could get her to eat, she hasn't eaten (to my knowledge) in a month (since we've owned it).
It's "fine", moving, ducking from us, swimming..etc. She has a basking light, uvb/uva light, heated water...all's good there, and even baby guppies in the water...(not likt it see's them) Tomorrow I'm gonna get frozen silversides and try that...
