Lauren,
There are a lot of colleges that have a herpetology
course, but very few of them offer more than one,
at least at the undergraduate level. Some
departments offer courses in systematic herpetology,
herp ecology, herp physiology etc, but only at
the graduate level.
What they offer is largely dependent on the
herpetologist(s) who work at that institution.
Some are amphib people, some are reptile people,
some are very specific researchers who are only
really interested in one particular aspect of
one particular species. There are lots of
schools, but here are a few I have personal
experience with:
Texas A&M University
University of Texas at Austin
University of Texas at Arlington
University of Georgia
University of Kansas
University of Arizona
University of New Mexico
Obviously there are lots of others. You
will have to do a little research. Generally,
bigger schools offer more varieties of classes
in general.
Good luck.
Chris
