Leopard Tortoise illness

We have an 18 lb female leopard tortoise that is about 10 years old. Since we brought her inside to her winter area, she has eaten very little. Our vet gave her an antibiotic injection(thinking she might have an infection of some sort) & told us to keep her at about 85 degrees(normally in the winter we keep her at about 70-75degrees & have had no problems for 9 yrs). I haven't noticed any improvement. Has anyone experienced a similar situation & what did you do?
