Kentucky has needed a herp organization for a long time now, I have been giving it a lot of thought over the last few years and now the time seems right.
Is there anyone out ther interested in helping to form the core of this exciting new enterprise, or all you all content to sit around and wait for Frankfort to take away your rights?
WAKE UP!!! Most of our neighboring states have already fell!
The core mission is of course disemination of information on captive care and husbandry, but I propose to include a NRAAC chapter within this club, which needs to be state wide, not another "regional venture".
There are a lot of folks interested already, mostly in and around Louisville, but elsewhere also, I especially need to hear from folks in eastern, southern, and western KY.
Lets get it together fast, I propose a core meeting with people interested in admistration within the next few weeks.
