Tokay Gecko Tumor

I have adopted a tokay gecko that seems to be developing a tumor on his/her jaw. Worm (the forementioned gecko) seems pretty happy in that he/she is eating and moving around as much as usual. There is just this lump that appeared a few months ago that has not grown but will not go away. Is there something I should do for him/her?
