Help! Starting new herp society....

Hello,
I am in the middle of starting a new local herp club in maryland...problem is I realy need some help from some expernced herp club vetreins!
Our first meeting is on wensday and I ahve not even figured out what should happen at it or even found another herp clubs bylaws to look at to get an idea of what one should look like!
Any help would be greatfully welcomed!
