For everyone living in or near Bartlesville, Ok:

Classic Pets in Washington Park Mall has a 7 foot long
boa inside of a 2 ft long and wide cage. It cannot
move and it has burns from its heat light all over it.
I think they should be reported but I don't know how
or who to contact. any help would be greatly
appreciated.
