Always keep live fish in there if you have leaves falling into the water. Some leaves, release toxins upon rotting in the water. If you have fish die, change the water and make sure you remove the leaves. Its a good way to tell as the fish are more sensitive to the toxins. For a complete list of leaves that will poison water, check with a local pond store. Nice looking turtle. I need a couple of those tanks.
