I don't know if the goldfish are just a treat or not but if they are a regular part of the diet then that's not a good thing. Goldfish are prone to diseases and are also high in thiaminase. Also, being a fatty fish, can cause the turtle to get steatitis - a potentially fatal condition that affects the muscles and skin.
Do a internet search on thiaminase or go over the the croc forum and click on the Care in Captivity FAQ. Adam Britton discusses these issues in the feeding section.
