Turtle Brittle Anyone?

Hiya All-

There are alot of good commercial turtle food out there. Such as Reptomin, Zoo Med, Mazuri, Hikari, etc.

But I heard that the Tenesee Aquarium feeds its big ali'snappers something called "Turtle Brittle". Does anyone know anything about this brand or has tried it?

I know that aquarium has some monster size ali'snaps, I just can't picture them trying to swallow tiny little sticks or balls.
