Snapper backside floating

I just noticed that my little florida snapper is having some problems moving around her tank. it seems as though her backside is filled with air and sticks out of the water just a tiny bit. I've also seen her burp out some air bubbles. I've had a few snappers , but I've never seen this happen to any of the other ones that I've had. Is something wrong here ? Is it dangerous to her well being?
