If that's the one I think it is, it is one of two that hatched a few months ago, I think in Canada. The eggs came from a nest that was discovered and partially eaten-it was posted on the turtle forum, before they started this one-- you might be able to find the post and get the whole story. As far as I know, they weren't offering either for sale.
