It would be Ok to hibernate outdoors only if they have been outside all summer.


:I was wondering...if common snappers were kept for several years indoors (year round)...would the snappers have the natural instincts to hibernate if eventually kept in an outdoor, constructed pond? Or would it be better to bring them indoors to hibernate? Or no hibernation at all? (I live in the midwest- Minnesota and soon to be back in Madison, Wisconsin) Thanks for any info. ...
