i see a shell structure difference, and the pointed tubercules on the head and neck. but as for the 3 rows of spikes down the tail, my common and every common from here in my area of georgia has 3 rows of spikes, well developed spikes. perhaps osceola is more regionally adapted. i dont really know. my florida snapper does look very different than my 4 other commons.
