Alligator Snapper Caging Problem

I have a young alligator snapper who I am afraid will out grow the rubbermade tube I have for him. I live in wisconsin so I can't just put him in a river, lake, or pond. The size of my snapper is about 3 1/2 inches long give or take. Anyways if someone out there encountered this same problem or has any ideas pleas tell me. Oh and I have a basement which I am converting into a reptile room for my lizards and a kids swimming pool? Pleas E-Mail me snowboard_forum00@hotmail.com
