More than anything he'll eat hibiscus leaves and he also loves the flowers but, I can get him to eat turnip, collard, and mustard greens. I slowly move it from side to side or if he doesn't seem to want it I put it right in front of his face and wave it slightly touching his nose. That usually get him mad enough to attack it leading to him realizing that it tastes good.
