This is something I have to figure out too.
I have a gator thats about 4-6 months from out-growing his tank.
I have a good idea for plywood, but have no idea how to finish it.
I did talk to a guy that makes tanks out of wood with epoxy finish. He also then puts thin plexi over the finish. Said it keeps whatever the animal is from scratching off the epoxy.
