One More alligator hatchling question

One more thing... These are alligator snapper hatchlings by the way.

The 3 new guys I have are constantly getting out of the water onto the rocks.
The older snappers never did that even when they were young. I think its a little unusual. They aren't basking. Its not set - up with a light for basking. My other snappers are really more like having fish. They never leave the water.
I don't think its a problem... just seems unusual .
