white fungus?

One of my three new hatchlings has a little white "fuzz" on two feet.
Some kind of fungus?

When I used to raise large quantities of tropical fish; I'd usually add some KOsher salt tto the water in small quantities when things like this might pop up. Anyone have any experience with this? Doesn't seem serious yet.
Want to stop it before it gets worse.
